Challenge #1 Deduction Breakdown

SO now Today i will demonstrate how i made these deductions about my friend's drawer ..Remember We only need Good and useful information from subject ..to get to know our suspect ...

So here is HOW its Done:

Seen the arrangements of Currency :

As Money is spread in drawer

As money is spread in drawer with out any arrangement that perfectly  prof that this drawer is personal,Or he may have Lock on his drawer ,,, if lock isn't available then He must have high trust on his sibling OR family .. He Put a currency note on pyoneer card that mean the person is hiding he number from me.. that can mean , he simply does not trust me

Looked for Privacy Protections:
As Secondly this drawer has a lock ... We all know no lock is made without a key...

LOCK
lock is in good condition too .. SO may be we can say with word "PROBABLY" he uses lock to (we will count on other reasons and probability too,, to know we are going in good direction or not)..

The Way he put things:

You Know When We throw things in hurry or the things we daily use . We never care for putting them back to the place where it was ..And as we see  the stapler and comb are placed in hurry every time after using .... and that's why we can say.,... maybe or could be the most usable things in drawer ...  This is why we can say our suspect can have long hair or beard ... and also fills forms too often (educationally and other , it depends)

Mostly used items

Use To listen to music(one of my blog Follower noticed):

Subject may be use to listen to music/Quran/ or receives Long calls during the work. That says that hey may can be workaholic ...These ear-buds are not in working condition ... its just wild guess in this circumstance the wild guess could go wrong / unsound/false.... thats why we count on probability .
ear-Buds

Cultural Deductions:

The Subject National Aptitude Test Which is here i noticed
See ??? anything ?

Take a closer look
Here it is NTS  back side(if you cant recognize thats fine its in pakistan only)
Just at the very end i would say .... keep your eyes open do practice to speed-read ...Have a good day ...happy Deduction

Challange From a Friend ..A Little Deduction !

Last day as i started my blog, My Friend Challenged me to deduct about his drawer.
so here i come with drawer Pic and i will also tell you how these deductions are made so,
 Here it is ,,

Image Of my friend's Drawer
Image Of my friend's Drawer

First i recommend .. Stop and try yourself .... Post in comments and match results ..

here are deductions ..(some deductions are cultural so, as i am Pakistani native i had my friend Pakistani native too,) :

1-- This Drawer Occupied Some Months ago.
2-- This is a drawer Of recently purchased Computer-table Drawer.
3-- This is one man used drawer and totally personal.
4-- Attended National amplitude test(NTS) recently but not selected .
5-- Fond of army stuff ... but hard to join for Him.
6-- Owner of this Drawer has a key for his drawer.
7-- This Pic is taken at home.
8-- My Friend Do not Trust me.
9-- Interested in setting business online.
10-- Have beard or long hairs .
12-- Often Fill forms for educational and other purposes .
14-- Fond of Gathering information.
15-- Drawer is recently used about  hours ago.
16-- mostly used items are comb and mirror and stapler.

How i made these deduction will be Posted Soon. Feel Free to comment and submit your pictures .

Getting Started to Deductive Reasoning Part#1

The Second great kind of formal reasoning is the deductive, by which one moves from a general truth and assumption to a particular conclusion . the classic way of analyzing this process is the syllogism: a rigidly organized series of three statements, the last of which is the conclusion drawn from the from the preceding two, which are called the major and minor premises From the point of view adopted in this post-That of the critical reader -- the main importance of syllogism is that  it affords us a quick way of testing and perhaps exposing the incorrectness of a statement that is assumed to follow logically from a certain premises.

In our everyday reading we seldom encounter statements ready-made into syllogism. instead, the logical antecedents of the statement are usually only implied or half-stated. To understand  the reasoning by which a conclusion has been reached, we must, Therefore , work backward by . reconstructing the syllogism which seems to have been in the Aurthur's mind .Beginning with the statement in question, Which serves as the maker of the statement seems to have assumed to be true.In order to form a syllogism, we must often change the wording of the original statement. There is no harm in doing this , Provided always that we do not change in anyway the thought of the author. The words we select for our syllogism, if different from his own , must be equivalent to them in meaning .

A major premise may be derived in any of three ways :

1- it may be the product of an induction, that is, a generalization based on individual instances of verifiable fact, or from the verification of a hypotheses.(this is why inductive and deductive reasoning are intimately connected. the result of an induction serves very often as the major premise of a deduction.)

2- It may be an unverifiable assumption, which may or may not have a considerable body of evidence to suggest its truth, but which in any case is assumed to be true for the purposes of argument

3- It may be the result of another deductive argument .

What Is Science Of Deduction ..

What Is Science Of Deduction:

This Name "SCIENCE OF DEDUCTION" is actually Deductive analysis or Logical Reasoning.
For Example:
An example of a deductive argument:
  1. All men are mortal.
  2. Kass is a man.
  3. Therefore, Kass is mortal.
The first premise states that all objects classified as "men" have the attribute "mortal". The second premise states that "Kass" is classified as a "man" – a member of the set "men". The conclusion then states that "Kass" must be "mortal" because he inherits this attribute from his classification as a "man". [Source:wikipedia link]

This Name "SCIENCE OF DEDUCTION"  Its named by T.V. series Sherlock Holmes By Steven Moffat. In this blog we will be learning about deductive reasoning Or  logical reasoning ..we will make this thing as easy as possible and we will use deduction techniques in real life to get benefits

this Technique use following steps:

1- Observation:

The very basic but very important skill you need... if you have very sharp observation skills you gonna make it very soon if You don't have Then Do not worry just practice. and Observe any thing around you even in little and minor and negligible things Remember!! Do NOT miss Any thing in observing the subject and site you are working on or you are looking in.

2- Points deductions form subject:

After observing subject and things .. memorize them or write them down all even a little
this is very second step of analysis .for example a man sitting on chair near window reading book named quantum mechanics and have shady glasses on his face and a blow tie age between 35-45 black hat on his head . there is a table near that chair on that table 4 or more engineering books are placed .

3- Collecting Clues from subject:

Once you finish writing and collecting the possible points You see in subject then .. start thinking in your mind and find the reason WHY about the points you noticed in a subject,. in 2nd step we observed 11 points from a Case. now its time to know why these points are there . just count on probabilities.

Now the points we have here in this case are:

1) A man
2) Sitting near window
3) Reading book
4) Book name: quantum mechanics.
5) Glasses on his face
6) Bow tie
7) Sitting style
8) Age b/w 35 to 45
9) Black hat on his head
10) Table full of books
11) Engineering Books

Now we have points from a subject and now we can head towards step Four.

4- Applying Logical Reasoning Technique (such as Law Of Syllogism):

Find why in all things and connect to reasons to make your deduction more efficient.
here is the case which we observed.we will find possible reasons with help of evidence and reasons

1) A man:

Haha!! yes a man a women can be a different and depending subject :)
male and female are different Things :) it depends alot

2) Sitting near window:

May be he Love to read in day light or may be he want to see out side who is coming and who is going
or may be just he is there because of nothing ... it will be depend moreover on house or house arrangements.

3) Reading book:

He reads to pass his time may be he is retired from his job. or just love reading

4) Book name: quantum mechanics:

he is kind of geeky .. love science stuff and physics..results count on more details

5) Glasses on his face:

He have weak eyesight and can not see from near.. could be possible he was disobedient  to his parents.

6) Bow tie:

he is old age . love romance

7) Sitting style:

it depends on man's nature . and evidence

8) Age b/w 35 to 45:

We can have age concerns later to know more about his personality.

9) Black hat on his head:

There is probability that he loves old fashion. or depend on details
or may be his past was glorious

10) Table full of books:

Defiantly  he love books.. reading ... o could also possible he use them to kill time
or gain knowledge.

11) Engineering Books:

May be or could be he is engineer and in field of physics probably.

5- Connecting Dots:

Now after doing step 1,2,3 and 4 Connect up all the things reasons you observed deducted (on biases of probability . sum up all things and head towards step 6

6- Defining Story:

After connecting dots you need to make a story on what and why you seen all in subject
it is necessary To make story out of your deductions because it will be more effective and will be very helpful in understanding events,.

it is very easy every one can be trained and be skilled

And a Use little Mind
That's All..!

Regards..
